LifeQuest Swim and Fitness is a 30,000 sq. foot full service health club facility in Little River, SC.

LifeQuest Swim and Fitness, dedicated to providing the Grand Strand with quality health and wellness facilities at reasonable and affordable rates, is conveniently located near the intersection of Hwy 17 South and Hwy 9 E in Little River.

They feature a complete swim/spa Aquatics Salon,  with full-steamed steam room, dry sauna, Jacuzzi and a variety of water classes taught by long-time, popular, qualified instructors. Group fitness classes are free to LifeQuest members, and only a nominal fee for non-members to drop in anytime. The two pools are large lap pools. Swim lessons by appointment are provided privately or for groups for young children as well as adults.
