The Little River Chamber of Commerce currently publishes two newsletters - our weekly eNewsletter and our bimonthly printed newsletter, Making Waves. Both are filled with chamber updates, member news, event announcements and photos, and business tips.


Our member-oriented eNewsletter is emailed every Thursday to over 600 member representatives and other interested parties. Members can advertise in our weekly eNewsletter by submitting an announcement or placing a paid ad.

Announcements - All members are welcome to submit announcements to be included in the weekly eNewsletters as often as needed at no additional charge. We will automatically included News Releases published to our website in our weekly eNewsletter. Simply login to our website, select "News Releases" on the shortcuts menu, and click on the blue button that says "Add News Release." Paid advertisement - Members are able to place an ad in our eNewsletter at a rate of only $10/issue or $500/year. Ad space is limited to 1 per eNewsletter. First come first served. Sizing flexible, use of photo ad recommended. Contact Izzy at to reserve your space. 

Making Waves

Our printed newsletter Making Waves is published every other month. Each member is mailed one copy. This publication is also available for viewing online using the links below.

Member information can be included in a variety of ways. To have an announcement listed under "Business Bulletin" please submit a News Release through the Member Portal. To have your upcoming event listed, publish your event to our online calendar (by logging in). Both will need to be done by deadlines below. After taking these steps and you wish to ensure your inclusion - or for questions/help - you may email

Members are welcome to one free 3.6"x2" (about the size of a business card) ad per calendar year in our Making Waves newsletter. Please note that the chamber does NOT have the resources to design or edit your ad for your. Ad alternatives include: a picture of your business card, your logo, OR a basic block of text. Submit your ad (.jpg, .png, or .pdf formats accepted) to by the deadlines listed below. If you have an ad, but cannot edit it, I can shrink it to fit available ad space. 

Additional ad rates:
"business card" - 1/10 page (3.6" x 2"): $50/issue | $250/year (One free per calendar year)
1/4 page (3.6" x 5"): $115/issue | $640/year
1/2 page (3.6" x 10" OR 7.5" X 5"): $225/issue | $1350/year

You may also make your event listing more prominent for a nominal fee of $10. Please see our most recent edition for an example. Limit 2 featured events per issue. Email by the deadlines below to secure your spot.
